It only takes a few steps to resend tax receipts to your donors whenever they ask. Be sure to use this convenient new feature so you can make tax time easier for both you and your donors!
*The Resend Tax Receipt feature is available for one-time and monthly donations made by donors who have shared their email address with you, through custom donation forms, peer-to-peer fundraising, and securities. If a donor has selected an aggregate receipt, the receipt will be available by February the following calendar year.
This feature is not available for donations that have been refunded, receipt-less donations made through Customizable Donation Forms, donations made by donors who have not provided their email address, or Ticketed Events (Note: you can resend tax receipts separately through the Ticketed Events tool).
